Who We Are

Decorated cookies are one of the oldest forms of edible craft — and also one of the most inconsistent at scale. A skilled icer can produce fifty perfect cookies. A team of five can produce five hundred of varying quality. 3D Print Cookies applies digital fabrication discipline to confectionery: every batch produced to the same exacting standard as the approved proof, whether the order is 100 or 10,000.

The same ChiLab Studio team behind large-scale digital fabrication projects — including the Uber HQ feature wall and collaborations with Gensler and Knoll — brought that precision-first methodology to the kitchen. We apply parametric design, automated deposition, and process control to a medium most people still produce entirely by hand.

Batch Consistency

Cookie 1 and cookie 500 must be indistinguishable. We run process validation on every design before a production order goes through — because one bad cookie in a corporate gift set is one too many.

Detail Resolution

We're honest about what icing can and cannot hold at cookie scale. If your logo won't resolve at 50mm, we'll tell you before you place the order — and redesign it so it will.

Food Safety

Every substrate is food-safe and produced in an allergen-aware facility. We clearly document every ingredient so your guests can make informed choices — no hidden nut derivatives, no unlabeled dairy.

A wedding favor cookie and a conference swag bag cookie are not the same product. We advise on packaging, shelf life, and design complexity based on what the occasion actually demands — not what's easiest for us to produce.
